Pixel Shaders are basically commands that are meant to be run on your 3D card, typically within recent 3D graphic heavy games. This will only affect your PC in the way of being able to play a certain game or not. Pixel Shader requirements are relatively new and will require a 3D video card that is capable of it. To upgrade to use it, you will need a compatible video card.
Below is a list of cards to avoid, as they do not have the Pixel Shader capability. (when it comes to Nvidia Cards anyway)

I’d like to do a few things around the house and to my RV, but I have no knowledge, is there a propane-torch level of welding that’s strong? Meaning, do you have to invest in a lot of equipment and intense learning or can it be simple? Thanks.

Sorry - no propane torch welding!

You can pretty much choose between Oxygen-Acetylene gas welding and electric arc welding. You won’t learn to do either of these from a Vo-Tech school. Most Vo-Tech schools have gone to teaching only tig and mig welding.

Oxygen-Acetylene welding uses a torch connected to a regulator which allows you to control the mix of oxygen and acetylene. This regulator is attached to an oxygen tank and an acetylene tank.

If you just need a few things welded, it might be advisable to find a welder. If there are several projects you have in mind, or would like to weld as a hobby, I would find a local farmer or welder to teach you. They can help get you set up in welding.

I have deer antlers with velvet on them yet. I would like to mount it that way. Is there a way to keep the velvet good?

i am a taxidermist…take it your your taxidermist and he can cure the velvet and it will not rott off. antlers have veins and blood running through them while they are in velvet, and it will rott if you dont cure them

I’ve wondered for a long time. Any help would be appreciated.

As I understand it, when a relief pitcher enters a game, and his team has the lead that is three runs or less, that pitcher does not give up the lead and his team goes on to win, that pitcher gets a save.

The key is that the team leading can’t change again after the pitcher enters the game. If it does, then ultimately, that pitcher will get either a loss or a win (assuming his team comes back again).

When someone refers to “blowing a save” it means that the relief pitcher allowed the other team to come back and tie the game, or get the lead. Often, this leads to the pitcher who “blew the save” also being the losing pitcher for the game.

Am I the only one sick of hearing Crosby being compared to Gretzky? Crosby is a very talented kid who will grow into one of the best players in history but how can people be comparing him to Gretzky when he’s 19?! No matter how good Crosby is no one will ever be able to replace Gretzky it’s just not possible no matter how good they are. what are your thoughts?

i agree i think Crosby will probably be in the hall of fame but can’t hope to be Gretzky and the comparisons are only hurting his career because no one could live up to Gretzky.
